Patricia Phelan of Thomaston recently was promoted to loan administration officer at the Savings Bank of Danbury. Phelan joined the bank in September of 2002. In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing the commercial loan documentation process and reviewing the existing commercial loan portfolio for compliance with bank policies.
Prior to joining the Savings Bank, she served as vice president/branch manager at Hudson United Bank in Westport. She has more than 28 years of banking experience, and earned diplomas in commercial lending and general banking from the American Institute of Banking.
Rebecca Lollie has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Savings Bank’s Residential Lending Department. In that capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the underwriting, processing and closing functions.
Prior to joining the Savings Bank of Danbury, Lollie was employed by NewMil Bank (formerly Nutmeg Federal) as an assistant vice president/operations manager. She has more than 17 years of banking experience and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Western Connecticut State University. She is a member of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association and resides in Brookfield with her husband and three children.
