Coldwell Banker Bredice & Dean, with real estate offices in Torrington and Canton, recently announced that Nancy Schroeder Perez has joined its sales team.
“We are very excited to have Nancy become a part of our team,” said Christopher Ashe, the company manager. “She has been in the business for 21 years and our consultants have really enjoyed working with her in the past. We welcome her professionalism and experience.”
Perez is a Torrington native and except for a 10-year hiatus when she resided in New York City, she has been a Torrington resident all of her life. She is a graduate of Herbert Lehman College of the City University of New York. She has completed the Graduate Realtors Institute and the Wickman Star Program.
Perez has been actively involved in the community in Torrington and is currently the vice chairwoman of the Inlands Wetland Commission. She has also been active on the Litchfield County Board of Realtors, serving on the board of directors and the committees for Fair Housing, Education, Equal Opportunity in Housing and Professional Standards.
