Suzanne Getz
As part of his company’s expansion into Massachusetts, William Raveis, president and CEO of William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services, announced recently that Suzanne Getz has been named director of career development for the firm’s new Massachusetts offices.
Getz brings with her more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and 15 years in management. Prior to joining the William Raveis firm, Getz was regional manager of training, education and business development for DeWolfe Real Estate, where she presented workshops and created and facilitated training programs for sales associates and various levels of management.
According to Chris Raveis Sr., vice president of business development and head of the company’s Massachusetts offices, Getz will be key element in the company’s business model, which is to provide tools and assistance to empower associates to take their business to the next level.
“Many agents in Massachusetts have heard us speak of our commitment to help them build their careers,” he said. “Hiring someone with Suzanne’s expertise and proven track record in coaching and teaching reinforces this commitment. She is a multi-faceted woman who is highly respected and recognized in New England for her accomplishments, not only in the business industry, but also in various community and philanthropic initiatives. Getz will be a valuable resource to us to support our continued growth throughout Massachusetts.”
Getz will serve as a field trainer and coach to all new and experienced associates. Her success and expertise in the counseling/training field is an essential factor in her position. She will be interfacing with management to help new associates launch their careers and to coach experienced associates on how to build their business. “My goal is to enhance the position that William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services has achieved in Massachusetts,” said Getz.
