Beazley Co. has been selected as the exclusive affiliate in New Haven, Middlesex, New London and Hartford counties and a portion of Fairfield County for Christie’s Great Estates, a subsidiary of Christie’s International, the world’s oldest fine arts auctioneer.
Christie’s Great Estates represents the elite of luxury homes marketing and is the largest network of independent real estate brokers specializing in the sale of distinctive properties. Beazley can now offer buyers and sellers of high-value real estate in those areas the added benefits of Christie’s and Christie’s Great Estates in addition to the homeownership solutions Beazley provides its clients.

Before being accepted as a Christie’s affiliate, Beazley had to undergo a stringent selection process. Companies earning the Christie’s affiliation must meet strict standards, be reviewed and approved by the Christie’s Great Estates Advisory Board, have longstanding records of business professionalism and solid reputations for conscientious client service. Smith said Christie’s was impressed with the level of commitment Beazley has made to customer service.
