William Orange Realty in Orange recently hired two new full-time Realtors, Kim Ryan Busk and Claudia Benhke.
Busk is originally from Milford and has been familiar with the real estate industry her entire life. Her father was a builder and constructed several subdivisions in Milford. Her husband is also a custom builder in the area.
Busk is known in the area for her store, Little David’s Children’s Shoes, which sold European children’s shoes and was located in Hitchcock Plaza from 1993 to 1997.
“I made many friends while I was there,” Busk said. “Some people would stop in just to talk and have tea with me. But my son was very young at the time and there wasn’t enough family time with the store open. It was a matter of priorities.”
Busk said she strives to develop good communication with her clients and participates in many on-going real estate education seminars to keep her on the forefront of today’s real estate trends.
Busk is a resident of Orange, where she lives with her husband and son.
Benhke is originally from Argentina and grew up in Orange. She graduated from Amity High School in Woodbridge and attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs. Benhke is fluent in Spanish and also speaks Italian and German.
She has many years of business experience and attributes her success in real estate to her ability to connect with her clients.
“We are delighted to have another high-caliber Realtor affiliated with William Orange Realty,” said Aileen DeFeo, operations manager. “We continually invest in our company via advertising, virtual tours and our great Web site, wmor.com. Our upward movement and growth in the marketplace is why Claudia joined our firm.”
Benhke is an 11-year resident of Bethany. She is married with two children.
