Georgia Spatola

The New Homes Division of William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services has expanded its activity in the Litchfield County marketplace by appointing Georgia Spatola as regional director due to continued robust growth in new-home sales.

The announcement was made by John Tarducci, senior vice president of the New Homes Division.

“I’m very pleased that Georgia has accepted this appointment,” Tarducci said. “I’m confident her diverse marketing and managerial background, along with extensive knowledge of the new-construction field, will serve her well in her new role,” he added.

“It’s really exciting to watch her in action; her enthusiasm is contagious and is already reaping success with buyers and builders alike,” said Joy Luongo, regional manager.

In her new position, Spatola will support each party in the new-construction purchase process: builders, buyers and William Raveis agents. She will act as a resource for builders, performing ongoing market research to help them keep current with the latest design trends in floor plans, products and supplies, and generally assist in locating land and investment properties, performing hands-on marketing of their homes and communities.

For new-construction buyers, Spatola will inform them of their options in the selection process, educate them on how some of those choices may affect long-term resale values and help them make informed decisions every step of the way.

“It’s gratifying to see how appreciative many buyers are,” Spatola said. “While they may be ‘experts’ in their chosen professions, they seem quite relieved to have me guide them through their new-home selection process.”

Spatola is now a resource for William Raveis sales associates to help them market new-construction listings and understand the unique distinctions of new-construction sales. Tarducci said Spatola has had a positive response from Raveis sales associates and their clients when helping them optimally feature their homes.
