Mary Higgins
New Canaan resident Mary Higgins has been named Country Living Assoc.’s company-wide Producer of the Year for 2004.
Higgins achieved three major sales awards in 2004, also earning Country Living Assoc. New Canaan Associate of the Year and the President’s Diamond Circle Award, the highest honor conferred upon sales associates by the company.
Higgins has worked in the real estate field for 15 years. Her affiliations include the New Canaan Board of Realtors, the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Prior to her real estate career, Higgins earned a master’s degree from the Columbia University Teacher’s College. She worked in private education at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Spence School in Manhattan and the New Canaan Country School.
Higgins is a mother of three and has been an active parent volunteer at the New Canaan Country School. She has served on the New Canaan YMCA board of directors.
Country Living Assoc. is a full-service residential real estate firm with 181 sales associates, serving 12 communities in lower Fairfield County. The firm’s sales offices include Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Stamford, Westport and Wilton. Its corporate relocation services are located in Norwalk.
William Orange Hires Two
Realtors Bob Sacco and Jeanne Coscia recently joined Orange-based William Orange Realty.

Sacco has been a Realtor since 1992 and a broker since 2000. He graduated from the University of New Haven with a bachelor of science degree in finance and marketing. He owned Sacco Realty, a local realty firm specializing in home sales throughout Greater New Haven and the valley. He also has extensive experience in mortgage brokerage, appraisals and mortgage closings. His expertise can assist clients from start to finish in home purchasing or selling.
A New Haven native, Sacco has lived in Orange for 42 years. He is experienced in investing, developing and rehabilitating properties including multifamily homes and condos.
He and his wife have twin boys.
Coscia, a resident of Orange for more than 20 years, is a graduate of the University of New Haven with a bachelor of arts degree in business. She has an extensive background in management, supervising service oriented industries. Her passion for customer service excellence is evident in her real estate career, according to company officials. She was recognized for closing more than $1 million in homes sales in record time.
Cascia is active in the Orangewood Woman’s Club, Orangewood Fashion Show and is founder of the Turkey Hill School Talent Show.
Coscia and her husband have a son and a daughter.
