Bellini’s Eatery Expands
Bellini’s Italian Eatery will be opening its newest location in Connecticut in November of this year. The restaurant will be located in The Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor and will occupy the same complex as The Bombay Co. and Ted’s Montana Grill.
As part of the 1 million-square-foot Evergreen Walk shopping center, patrons will now be able to enjoy Bellini’s authentic Italian dishes, homemade desserts or a glass of wine from a list representing the foremost wine regions of Italy, Australia, South America and California.
The Evergreen Walk location marks the third Bellini’s location opened by Marrello Management Group’s Senior Partner Joseph Marrello.
“We are excited about the opportunity to partner with such top-line retailers in a lifestyle center such as Evergreen Walk,” said Marrello. “Research has shown that the Connecticut market is indeed a great opportunity in which Bellini’s Italian Eatery can succeed, as we shall provide authentic Italian cuisine, professional service, in a classic yet comfortable setting.”
Bellini’s is designed to emulate the look and feel of a metropolitan Italian bistro by providing a big city dining experience. The new location, like its predecessors, will feature a menu dedicated to the tastes of authentic Italian cuisine and the appearance is evocative of New York style restaurants. In addition to being open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, Bellini’s full menu will be available for take-out with its Gourmet-to-Go option. Other restaurant amenities include an extensive wine list, a full banquet and catering menu and a banquet room available for private parties up to 60 people and perfectly suited for corporate functions and family gatherings.
Bellini’s Italian Eatery opened its first location in April of 2002 in Slingerlands, N.Y., and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing and most popular restaurant concepts in the Albany area frequented by local politicians, business professionals and families alike. The future growth model for Bellini’s will concentrate on the development of new locations in life-style centers much like The Shops at Evergreen Walk. Life-style centers are upscale outdoor shopping areas designed to look like city streets complete with open-air plazas, sidewalks and street-side parking, all with an emphasis on restaurants and spaces for people-watching.
The new location seats approximately 200 at capacity and will contribute to local economic development by bringing upward of 100 full- and part-time jobs to the area including staff and management positions.
