Sandra Reiners

Sandra Reiners of Guilford-based Page-Taft Real Estate has secured one of the very limited Featured Homes positions for Branford on the Internet’s No. 1 real estate Web site, realtor.com, the official Web site of the National Association of Realtors.

Through the realtor.com marketing system’s Featured Homes program, when potential buyers and sellers search for homes on the Connecticut shoreline, they will see featured properties prominently displayed at the top of the page with color photographs and pricing details. On average, that can provide Reiners’ listings with 20 times more exposure than other listings. Additionally, her clients’ properties will benefit from the more than 6.1 million individuals per month, who, on average, spend 86 percent of the time they search for a home online on realtor.com.

“I believe in the power of the Internet to provide properties I market in Branford with optimum positioning online,” Reiners said. “Displaying my listings as Featured Homes will give them a competitive edge over other properties on the market.”

Page-Taft Real Estate is one of the shoreline’s foremost independently owned and managed real estate firms. With offices in Essex, Guilford, Madison and Old Lyme, Page-Taft is in the position to represent properties along the Connecticut shoreline and in the river towns of the lower Connecticut Valley. Since opening its doors in 1980, the company has grown to include 55 full-time agents and a staff of 12.

William Raveis Hires Team

Realtor/partners Dee Weber and Bari Taylor, aka Taylor and Weber, have joined the Greenwich office of William Raveis International.

“William Raveis extends a warm welcome to Dee and Bari, who together possess a 21-year track record,” said William Raveis President Carolyn Deal. “Their extensive experience ranges from land development and construction to renovations, condominiums, investment properties and single-family homes.”

The pair, which operates as a team to personally manage every aspect of their clients’ real estate transactions, pride themselves on their ability to anticipate their clients’ needs and proactively respond to them.

Weber, who has worked as a real estate professional for more than 17 years, holds dual Realtor’s licenses in both Connecticut and New York. A consistent top producer throughout her career, Weber has, in the past, been ranked as the No. 1 sales associate in her company statewide and in the Northeast region, based on listings sold. She was a member of the Diamond Society, Chairman’s Club, President’s Club and Honor Circle.

As vice president of the New London County-based Weber Construction Co., Weber has developed and built custom residential homes, frequently acting as interior design coordinator on new construction projects. She was a licensed real estate appraiser and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. Her expertise extends to first-time homebuyers, counseling them throughout the purchasing process.

Taylor leverages her 34 years of residency in Greenwich to help clients gain first-hand insight into the many attractions of that community. A former designer working for architectural and interior design firms, Taylor was previously a co-owner of Taylor-McGraw Interiors.

“As real estate sales professionals we can locate the right house for each of our clients, whether it involves a move across town, a move up or downsizing,” Taylor said.
