Jesse Gnazzo

Jesse Gnazzo was recently appointed as assistant vice president of corporate recruiting for the New Britain-based McCue Mortgage Co. Gnazzo’s mission is to attract, recruit and retain residential loan officers. He will be recruiting experienced loan officers as well as those seeking to begin a career in home lending.

“In an effort to grow the market share that McCue Mortgage has identified in its long-term strategy, we recognize that expanding our sales staff is an important component of our plan,” said William J. McCue, president of McCue Mortgage. “With the addition of Jesse, we will now have a resource focused on recruiting the talent we are looking for to support ongoing growth and broaden our reach across Connecticut.”

“McCue Mortgage has one of the leading training programs in the state for new loan officers,” Gnazzo said. “In addition to seasoned loan officers, I will also be looking for prospective sales talent that has the unique blend of skills that define a successful loan officer.”

Gnazzo joined McCue Mortgage in 2004 as a mortgage loan officer. Prior to joining McCue, he was a loan officer for H&R Block Mortgage, where he was a top producer for his district originating first and second mortgages.
