Henry Rappoli has joined Century 21 Home Services Scalzo Group as a Realtor.
He holds a Ph.D. in business administration from Concordia University, a master’s degree in health care administration from C.W. Post College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Long Island University.
Rappoli was previously employed as practice administrator at both Internal Medicine Assoc. of Westport and Neurosurgeons of Central Connecticut and as vice president of operations at Connecticut Family Orthopedics in Danbury.
Rappoli lives in Brookfield with his wife Shirley and their daughter Kimberly. He serves as vice president of the board of directors of the Candlewood Shores Tax District.

Country Living Adds to Staff
Several new associates recently were hired at Norwalk-based Country Living Assoc., with Stamford residents Diane Eliades and Laura Considine and Wilton resident Cindy Watkins joining the firm as sales associates.
Considine has won various sales and listing awards in the real estate field, including membership in Weichert Realty’s Executive Club, Ambassador Club and Multi-Million Dollar Club. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and Stamford Board of Realtors.
Eliades has been an award-winning Realtor since 1996 and is currently serving as vice president of the Stamford Board of Realtors and as a director of the Connecticut Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Connecticut and National associations of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and the Stamford Board of Realtors. Her volunteer activities include service as a board member of the Hycliff Association.
Watkins lived in California and received a degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley. She also attended Hastings College of the Law and clerked for a justice of the California Supreme Court. She has a background in both real estate and corporate law. Watkins was a sales associate with Coldwell Banker before joining Country Living Assoc. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors, which covers Westport and Wilton. Her volunteer activities include service with Middlebrook PTA, Driscoll PTA, Wilton Presbyterian Church and Elder Care of Norwalk.
Country Living Assoc. is a full-service residential real estate firm with 170 sales associates in six offices serving 10 communities in lower Fairfield County. The firm has sales offices in Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Stamford, Westport and Wilton, as well as corporate relocation services in Norwalk.
Felitto Earns Sales Award
Roberta Felitto, an agent in Page-Taft Real Estate’s Old Lyme office, recently earned the Realtors Information Services sales award for the second quarter of 2005 from the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors. The award is given to the top 5 percent of all RIS participants and subscribers, and is recognition of Felitto’s efforts on behalf of her clients.
Felitto has lived in Old Lyme since 1992 and is active in her community as a trustee for the Garde Arts Center in New London. She also has served as a past board member for the Southeastern Connecticut YMCA swim team.
