Tina L. Gardiner has joined the Essex office of Page-Taft Real Estate.
“Tina has amazing creativity as well as a love of being challenged. These attributes will serve her clients well as she works with both buyers and sellers alike,” said Karen Stephens, owner of the company.
Before joining Page-Taft Real Estate, Gardiner worked as a pastry chef in some of Connecticut’s best restaurants. She said she enjoyed the creativity and challenge of making the final dish of the meal be the most memorable.
Gardiner and her husband are avid sea glass collectors and live near the beach in Old Saybrook with her daughter. A lifelong resident of Connecticut, Gardiner also enjoys traveling and cooking in her free time.

Phillip Joins Stoneridge
Suzanne Phillip has joined Stoneridge Partners, a multi-faceted investment and development firm based in Fairfield and New York City, as on-site property manager of the company’s latest luxury residential development, Stone Ridge at Fairfield. The announcement was made by Robert S. Skolnick and David H. Small, co-founders of Stoneridge Partners.
Phillip will manage the $55 million luxury residential development situated steps from the planned $300 million Fairfield Metro Center. She also will be responsible for overseeing The Ridge Club, a multimillion-dollar, 5,000-square-foot club exclusive to the residents of Stone Ridge. An extension to the amenities featured in the individual homes, The Ridge Club boasts a state-of-the-art, fully equipped fitness parlor. The club also offers an inviting lounge complete with flat-panel television, a grand fireplace surrounded by elegant seating, a full library and a full working kitchen.
“We are excited to have a professional of Suzanne’s caliber join our team,” Skolnick said. “Her vast expertise in residential property management will further our capabilities to offer the best on-site service to the residents of Stone Ridge at Fairfield.”
Philip’s new responsibilities will include providing administrative, operational and management counsel to the association boards and residents; directing the adherence to community association’s covenants and restrictions; assisting board members in the selection of contractors and insurance providers; and overseeing and authorizing payment for community association services.
Before she joined Stoneridge Partners, Phillip served as property manager for Stamford-based Pyramid Real Estate Group. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. She is also a member of the Community Association Institute.
Phillip holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University College at Buffalo and a master’s degree from Michigan State University. She lives in Easton.
