Realtor Rhoda Winik has joined the Guilford office of William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services.

Winik has more than 13 years of industry experience selling homes and waterfront condominiums. A top producer, Winik has earned many production awards. She received the Realty Group 2000 Top Sales Agent Award, and qualified as a member of the prestigious Presidents Club in 2004. She also has received numerous production awards from the Midd-Shore Board of Realtors over the years.
Winik has extensive experience in waterfront properties, custom-built homes and upscale condominiums. She has earned accreditation as an Accredited Buyer Broker and a Senior Real Estate Specialist.
She has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Connecticut Association of Realtors. She was a board member of the New Haven County Builders Association, a volunteer for SARAH and Junior Achievement, and a fund-raiser for Hopkins Grammar School. Winik also was a board member of Jewish Family Service and a strategist for New Haven’s 350th birthday celebration. Currently, she is serving a second term on the board of the Harbour Village Condominium Association.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Winik enjoyed a successful sales and marketing career at The New Haven Register for 17 years.
Winik resides in Branford with her husband, Herbert.

Borysiewicz Named VP
Frank Borysiewicz has been appointed vice president of the New Homes Divison of Century 21 Home Services-Scalzo Group. He will be responsible for the core infrastructure functions of the division and will oversee the day-to-day operations of that business segment. He also will work directly with clients and internal company resources to design and implement sales and marketing solutions to best position the properties of those clients.

Borysiewicz joined the Scalzo Real Estate Services group of companies in 2000 as a vice president for Coldwell Banker Commercial-Scalzo Group, the company’s commercial real estate arm. He began his career in the real estate industry in 1980 with PHH Homequity and, during his tenure, held various positions managing large operational units and multi-million dollar projects and budgets for the company. He was also chief executive officer of Global Business Development Corp., which specialized in delivering strategic management consulting and project management services to major corporations. A Bethel resident, Borysiewicz holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of New Haven.
