Longtime Guilford resident and Realtor Nancy Bailey recently joined the Guilford office of William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services.
Building a career of marketing prestigious properties that spans 23 years, Bailey said she believes her new association with William Raveis will only perpetuate the mutual success that she and the company have enjoyed.
Bailey has demonstrated years of commitment to the real estate industry, as exemplified by the elite Founders Club award, President’s Club award, numerous Quality Service Awards and successive production achievement awards that bear her name.
Bailey said she chose to affiliate herself with William Raveis because of the comprehensive depth of services the firm offers customers, its reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and its strong Internet presence.
She is a past state director of the Shoreline Board of Realtors (now known as the Midd-Shore Board of Realtors) and served on that group’s Professional Standards Committee. Bailey is also a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Bailey has earned various educational designations including Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate, Realtors Institute. She serves both homebuyers and sellers throughout the Shoreline area, specializing in waterfront properties and luxury condominiums. A Connecticut native, she lives in Guilford with her husband Ronald.

Coldwell Banker Sponsors Walk
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., recently sponsored the Walk for Project A.L.S. 2005, its second annual walk for the cause, raising $75,000 for the charity organization.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sponsors annual events to help raise money and boost awareness for Project A.L.S., a New York City-based nonprofit organization that funds scientific research. Since Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage named Project A.L.S. as a one of its primary charities, the company has donated over $200,000.
Since its inception in 1997, Project A.L.S. has been at the forefront of funding cutting-edge scientific research to help millions of people afflicted with chronic neurological diseases, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease), Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries.
