Jim Stobie

Longtime Realtor Jim Stobie has joined the Fairfield office of Prudential Connecticut Realty.

Stobie, a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a consistent top producer, has more than 17 years of industry experience. He will serve both homebuyers and sellers from Fairfield north to Milford, including portions of both Fairfield and New Haven counties.

He is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Greater Fairfield County Board of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, as well as the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service and New Haven Multiple Listing Service.

Stobie is a past volunteer and supporter of Habitat for Humanity.

CBRB Stamford Adds Webski

Barbara Webski has joined the Stamford office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., as a sales associate.

Webski, a Realtor, recently managed Coldwell Banker’s Greenwich office. Prior to that, she worked for 18 years at William Pitt Real Estate in Stamford, including 12 as a manager and six as an agent. Her community commitments include volunteer work at Stamford Hospital.

Webski graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. She lives in Stamford with her husband Harry, a real estate developer.

Felitto Earns GRI

Roberta Felitto of Page-Taft Real Estate recently earned her Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Felitto earned the GRI designation by attending a 90-hour series of classroom instruction covering a wide range of real estate areas, including servicing listed properties, marketing, risk reduction, professional standards and real estate contract law.

An agent in the firm’s Old Lyme office, Felitto has been a resident of East Lyme since 1992. She is active in her community as a trustee for the Garde Arts Center in New London. She also has served as a board member for the Southeastern Connecticut YMCA Swim Team.
