Rocky Hill-based Realty Direct Greater Hartford has recently opened for business and is rapidly growing in the Greater Hartford area. Realty Direct is known across the nation for providing top real estate brokerage services at a huge savings to its clients.
“Clients want to save money compared to the traditional 5 percent or 6 percent commissions but still want full service,” said Rocco Sanzo, owner of Realty Direct Greater Hartford. “Realty Direct has the answer and that is why the company is growing so rapidly.”
For home sellers, Realty Direct Greater Hartford provides full-service listing services at the industry’s most competitive pricing, just 3.99 percent of total commissions. That commission includes 2.5 percent to the buyer’s agent and 1.49 percent to Realty Direct. According to Sanzo, there are no other “hidden” fees or surprises so home sellers will know exactly what to expect, which he said amounts to thousands of dollars of savings to a seller.
With Realty Direct, homebuyers have access to services that include finding listings of homes for sale, showing homes, writing and negotiating the contract, post-contract support and attending the closing. Additionally, Realty Direct provides a rebate to its buyer-clients based on 33 percent of the commissions earned by Realty Direct. That amounts to thousands of dollars of savings to a purchaser, Sanzo said.
