Terry Sheehan

Terry Sheehan has been promoted to senior sales manager at William Raveis Real Estate and Home Services’ Trumbull office.

“Terry has been an important member of the Raveis family for over 18 years, and I am pleased to announce his promotion to senior sales manager in our Trumbull office,” said William Raveis, chairman and chief executive officer of the company. “His dedication to our company has been unwavering, and I am confident he’ll achieve continued success in his new role.”

Sheehan began his career at Raveis as a sales associate, working his way up to associate sales manager, and later sales manager, before his most recent promotion. The Trumbull office has more than 75 sales associates and is responsible for over $215 million in sales in 2005.

Felicello Joins Quinnipiac

Carol Felicello has joined North Haven-based Quinnipiac Realty. Felicello has been a Realtor for 22 years.

Felicello received her real estate education from the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors. She worked as a full-time Realtor for Angela’s Real Estate for over 15 years, and was also supervisor for that company’s recruiting program. Felicello was also director of The Academy of Real Estate during her tenure at Angela’s Real Estate. Before joining the team at Quinnipiac Realty, she was affiliated with Beazley/Prudential Company Realtors for over five years.

She is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Felicello and her husband Phil own Phil’s Bar & Grill on Quinnipiac Avenue in North Haven, have two children and have been residents and business owners in North Haven for over 27 years. Felicello is actively involved in many charitable organizations and fund-raisers. Among those have been the Y-Me Breast Cancer Awareness Program, American Diabetes Association and, most recently, the Teamster Horsemen Motorcycle Association Fund-raiser, which raised $4,000 for St. Raphael’s Child and Adolescent Day Hospital.

Yamraj Becomes Realtor

Anand “Andy” Yamraj recently became a Realtor at the New Milford office of Century 21 Home Services-Scalzo Group.

“I am excited to begin my real estate career with such a reputable company that is recognized for its outstanding customer service and community outreach,” he said.

Yamraj received a Master of Business Administration degree in management from Tampa College and has held both purchasing and financial management positions with Pepsi-Cola and Hitachi America. He and his wife Suhanie reside in New Milford with their four children.

CAR Names Brent VP

Leslie Brent of Bethel was recently installed as 2006 Region 2 vice president of the Connecticut Association of Realtors. Brent works for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Danbury where she specializes in residential and investment property.

Brent has been a licensed Realtor since 1983 and obtained her broker’s license in 1985. She started her career with William Pitt Real Estate where she excelled as an associate and later opened and managed the New Milford office.

Brent sits on CAR’s board of directors and its Executive Committee and has been a member of the Communications Committee since 2004. Last year, Brent was a Region 2 director and a Realtors Political Action Committee trustee.
