The owners of one of Stamford’s most significant office parks recently made a change in its brokerage representation, appointing CB Richard Ellis brokers as exclusive listing agents. Harbor Plaza Assoc., owner of Harbor Plaza, has appointed CB Richard Ellis’ William V. Cuddy Jr. and Budd Wiesenberg exclusive leasing agents for the six-building complex.
Located on a peninsula in Stamford Harbor, Harbor Plaza is one of the largest office complexes in the city of Stamford. Time Warner Entertainment, UBS, Credit Research & Trading and Ascent Media Group are among the most significant tenants in the 760,480-square-foot park.
In addition to an on-site cafeteria, ample covered and outdoor parking, and other amenities typical of a Class A suburban property, Harbor Plaza offers occupants unrivaled views of Long Island Sound as well as a marina with boat slips, a shoreline walk and a waterside picnic area. Shuttles to Stamford’s transportation center enable easy access to Connecticut transit buses and Metro-North and Amtrak train travel. Interstate 95 is just minutes away, as is downtown Stamford, which offers various dining, shopping and cultural opportunities. Harbor Plaza Assoc. officials said they expect to enhance those amenities even further with a significant upgrade to the common areas, outer facade, technological capabilities and waterside offerings.

The February edition of Law & Politics magazine has identified Hartford attorney Myles Alderman Jr. as a top Connecticut lawyer for business litigation and business bankruptcy law and attorney Linda Alderman as a top lawyer in the state for environmental law and land use.
