Albert Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, the exclusive leasing agent for Hamden Center II, just inked a long-term lease with Michael’s Restaurant, which will occupy 4,500 square feet of the property.
Chef Micky Joseph of Michael’s was the former owner of Rosemary & Sage Restaurant in Old Saybrook. The facility is currently undergoing extensive renovations and is slated to open in May. Press/Cuozzo represented the landlord and Shawn Riley of Levey Miller Maretz represented the tenant.
The Hamden Center II complex is located near the Parkway and Interstate 91, about 10 minutes from downtown New Haven. The 70,000-square-foot, Class A office tower has 30,000 square feet of retail space, 160 surface parking spots and a 700-car parking garage.

Brady Joins Law Firm
Katherine Brady has joined the law firm of Alderman & Alderman as an associate. Brady will concentrate her practice in the areas of business litigation, commercial law and bankruptcy.
A recent graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, N.C., Brady graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Union College, Schenectady, N.Y. She also was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, a national political science honor society.
