Fairfield resident and Realtor Rosemarie McAdams has joined Prudential Connecticut Realty in its Fairfield office.
“We’re happy that Rosemarie has chosen to affiliate herself with Prudential,” said Fairfield Office Leader Melissa Riley. “Although she is new to real estate sales, she possesses more than 15 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, knowledge that I’m sure will facilitate the home purchase-and-sale transaction for every one of her customers.”
“The degree of complexity involved in the typical real estate transaction has increased considerably,” McAdams said. “For example, there are various liability issues and disclosures that home sellers need to be aware of when listing their home. My work in this field has given me a key advantage in helping sellers navigate legal disclosure requirements while helping buyers sidestep potential problems.”
McAdams is a lifelong resident of Connecticut. She grew up in Darien, and will serve homebuyers and sellers on the southern Connecticut shoreline from Darien north to Fairfield.
McAdams is a member of the Fairfield Board of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. When she is not marketing real estate, she volunteers at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish’s school and church in Fairfield and participates in activities of the Gaelic Club in Fairfield.
McAdams earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a paralegal certificate from the Philadelphia Institute. She lives in Fairfield with her husband John and their three children: Mairead, 9; Maeve, 4; and Sean, 2.
