Agents Complete Training
Agents and staff of Page Taft GMAC Real Estate in Guilford recently completed the comprehensive Premier Service training course offered through the GMAC Home Services Learning Institute.
The course was designed to provide the tools necessary to meet the needs of today’s buyers and sellers and to become thoroughly familiar with the steps necessary to effectively implement Premier Service, the brand strategy that company officials say differentiates Page Taft GMAC from its competition along the Connecticut Shoreline and Lower Connecticut River Valley.
Those in attendance learned how to set a high level of service standards, provide an appropriate service commitment and secure feedback that will benefit future performance.
“I applaud our agents and staff who have shown great initiative and determination in serving the homebuying and selling needs of our clients,” said Karen Stephens, broker/owner of the company. “Implementing the Premier Service process will enhance our agents’ ability to serve their clients and ensure their continued success in the real estate field.”
Founded in 1980, Page Taft GMAC Real Estate is one of the Connecticut Shoreline’s foremost independently owned and managed real estate firms, backed by a 26-year reputation for providing our clients with exceptional service.
