Realtor sales professional Amie Lindwall-Belile has joined the Fairfield office of Prudential Connecticut Realty.
“We’re excited to welcome Amie from our Westport office,” said Fairfield office leaders Melissa Riley. “Amie is one of those special real estate agents who develop long-term client relationships. Coupled with her in-depth understanding of technology, she provides additional value to her clients.”
Lindwall-Belile grew up in Fairfield and is pleased to return to a very familiar place. “My sphere of influence is in Fairfield,” she explained. “I have a large extended family and many friends here, so this is where my roots are. Much of my work comes through personal referrals, so it’s a logical step to relocate my base of business here.”
Lindwall-Belile counts technological know-how among her greatest strengths. The video home tours she provides for her online listings and her Web site place her on the cutting edge of real estate marketing and technology.
“Simply put, Web-based technology helps ensure that my clients are served faster and with greater convenience,” she said. “With both my day-to-day business dealings and virtual tours taking place online, I have more time to devote to coordinating the home sale and purchase.”
She serves both homebuyers and sellers throughout Fairfield County, with her core business centered in the town of Fairfield.
She is a member of the Mid Fairfield County Board of Realtors, Connecticut Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She also belongs to the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. She is a founding member of the Dennis Lindwall Foundation, which raises funds to benefit children with cancer. Proceeds from this year’s event will go to Mikey’s Way, a Fairfield County-based charitable group.
Lindwall-Belile earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern Connecticut State University.
Lindwall-Belile is married to Arthur Belile, a sergeant with the Westport Police Department. They make their home in Fairfield with their son, Arthur III, age 3.
