Michael Haley
Darien resident Michael Haley has joined the Darien office of Country Living Assoc. as a sales associate.
Haley received his Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College and has worked in the information systems industry at Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett, Paramount Pictures Corp. and IBM. He also taught learning-disabled children in the New York City public schools. He and his wife and son have lived in Darien for the last 21 years.
Haley is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Darien Board of Realtors and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
Country Living Assoc. is a full-service residential real estate firm with 180 sales associates in six offices serving 12 communities in lower Fairfield County. The firm has sales offices in Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Stamford, Westport and Wilton, and corporate relocation services in Norwalk.
H. Pearce Hires Aceto
Debra Aceto has joined H. Pearce Real Estate Co.’s Guilford office as a residential sales associate.
Aceto comes to H. Pearce with over 20 years experience as a Realtor in the Shoreline area. She also has been employed in merchandising, marketing and property management positions.
Aceto has lived in Guilford for 25 years and is married with one son. She is past president/vice president of the Guilford Civic Women Organization and active in community fund-raisers for Guilford Food Bank. A member of the Shoreline Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, she has received Quality Service Awards, Shoreline Board achievement awards and office production awards.
She said she chose to join H. Pearce because of the company’s outstanding reputation, market share and new-agent training.
Poet’s Unveils Model Home
Poet’s Landing Condominium and Marina, the latest luxury waterfront community on Candlewood Lake in Danbury, has unveiled its first model home.
