LeBlanc-Jones Wins Award
Ruth LeBlanc-Jones, a professional Realtor at the New Canaan office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, recently received a Home Building Industry (HOBI) Award from the Home Builders Association of Connecticut.

LeBlanc-Jones was honored as new-home broker of the year, an award she has won for the past 10 consecutive years.

In addition, Girouard Assoc., a builder of luxury homes rich in Old World architecture and tradition yet designed to suit modern tastes and lifestyles, won a HOBI Award for best spec home, over $7 million at 26 Father Peters Lane in New Canaan.

With close to 1,300 members, the Home Builders Association of Connecticut dedicates itself toward representing the residential construction industry by providing service and support to its members. The HOBI Awards are the most prestigious recognition in Connecticut for excellence in remodeling, home financing, sales and marketing, and new construction and land development.

Girouard Assoc. has worked exclusively with LeBlanc-Jones and Coldwell Banker for the past 11 years.

“Our great relationship with Ruth is due in no small part to her sales and marketing expertise from the builder’s, developer’s and buyer’s perspectives,” said Richard Girouard, president of Girouard Assoc.

“Ruth has developed strong relationships with builders and developers and truly is an expert in the sales and marketing of new homes,” said Peggy Doepper, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. “We are extremely proud of her long string of HOBI and industry accomplishments.”

LeBlanc-Jones consistently is Coldwell Banker’s top producer in Connecticut and the Tri-State area and ranks in the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker sales professionals nationally and internationally.

A lifelong resident of New Canaan, LeBlanc-Jones has served her community for over 20 years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She works with builders and developers on all aspects of a building project – plan conception, location and purchase of a property, construction and marketing of the finished home to buyers.

“New-home construction continues to be my passion,” said LeBlanc-Jones. “I thrive on the excitement of watching a new building go from dream to reality and I love making dreams come true for potential buyers.”
