Nick Vitale has been appointed office leader of Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Ridgefield sales office.

“Nick’s instant success in sales, combined with his experience as a creative director creating global branding and advertising strategies for many blue-chip clients, make him ideally suited for this leadership role,” said company President Candace Adams.

Vitale entered the real estate business four years ago and found success, earning the Chairman’s Circle Gold award, which placed him in the top 3 percent of Realtors statewide, after two years.

Vitale is an active member of the many real estate industry organizations including the Ridgefield Board of Realtors, Darien Board of Realtors, New Canaan Multiple Listing Service and Consolidated Multiple Listing Service. He has earned the e-Certification, is a Fine Homes Specialist and has consistently earned the Honor Circle and Chairman awards.

“Nick’s enthusiasm, experience and dedication to customer service have earned him the respect of his colleagues and clients. We look forward to his contributions in leading the Ridgefield office to even further growth,” Adams said.

Doepper Named Regional SVP

Peggy Doepper, president and chief operating officer of NRT’s Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester, has been named NRT regional senior vice president of New England. She will maintain her current role with the additional responsibility of overseeing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in central and northern New England.

“In my eight years as president, I focused on growing the company organically and through acquisitions,” Doepper said. “Today, we have 55 offices and 2,400 salespeople. I look forward to working closely with Rick Loughlin, the president of the central and northern New England companies, to achieve synergies and continued growth for the New England region.”

Company officials said Doepper has maintained a standard of excellence that is evident in her accomplishments. A real estate professional for over 20 years, she began her career as a sales associate in the Greater Danbury area of southern Connecticut. From there, an outstanding sales performance record led her to regional management positions in the Fairfield County marketplace. She was named to her current position in 1998 after serving for two years as Coldwell Banker Residential’s regional vice president for Connecticut.

A native of Westchester County, N.Y., Doepper graduated summa cum laude from Marymount College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She holds both the GRI and CRB designations of advanced real estate education. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Doepper has served as vice chair of the Stamford Red Cross board of directors’ Executive Committee and is a supporter of both Friends of Karen and Project A.L.S. She resides with her husband in Brookfield on Candlewood Lake.

O’Sullivan Joins Country Living

Anita O’Sullivan has joined the Greenwich office of Country Living Assoc. as a sales associate. The announcement was made by Virginia Doetsch, the office manager.

O’Sullivan, who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Trinity College and her Master of Arts in Teaching degree at Boston College, has received numerous awards in the real estate field and previously was with William Raveis Real Estate. She has served as president and a board member of the program Neighbor to Neighbor and on other boards in Greenwich.

A Greenwich resident, she is a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and the Greenwich Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
