Eastside Commons Team Chosen
The New Homes division of William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services has named its sales team for Eastside Commons, a new luxury condominium community being marketed in downtown Stamford.
Located at the corner of East Main and Lafayette streets, the complex will be within two blocks of Interstate 95 and within a mile of the Metro-North Train Station, which provides express commuter train service to New York City. The 1.9-acre site will be transformed into a complex of 112 luxury residential units integrated with a ground-level, 15,000-square-foot commercial/retail space. Amenities will include a club room, a fully equipped fitness center and a landscaped recreation courtyard over a covered parking garage with more than 200 secure parking spaces.
The sales team for Eastside Commons was handpicked by John Tarducci, senior vice president of the company’s New Homes division and Gary Weiner, the division’s regional director.
“We have assembled an elite team to professionally serve customers for this exceptional new development,” Weiner said. “Each William Raveis sales associate that was chosen met a very high standard of excellence.”
Maria Ruggeberg will lead the team as sales director. Ruggeberg has been a Top 100 agent for the past several years. In 2003, she ranked 10th out of 1,700 Raveis professionals. She has been a repeat recipient of the Top Producer and Excellence in Customer Service awards. Previously, Ruggeberg was a relationship manager for high-net-worth investors from Mexico and Spain with J.P. Morgan in New York City and was the head of private banking in the Houston office of Morgan Guaranty Trust.
The sales associates working with Ruggeberg on Eastside Commons are MaryDana McCann, Michael Bellofiore and Lucia Salamone. McCann is based in the company’s Greenwich office and has worked with Ruggeberg on successful Stamford developments including Mill River House and Adams Mill River House. Bellofiore is a Stamford native and a lifelong resident of Fairfield County. Salamone specializes in new construction and also has worked as an investment advisor, a mortgage consultant and a recruiter. Both Bellofiore and Salamone are from Raveis’ Stamford office.
In the past three years, William Raveis’ New Homes division has solidified its position in the city through its association with Mill River House, Adams Mill River House, the Metropolitan/1515 and the Townhomes at the Metropolitan. Each distinct in character and location, they are all located in the heart of Stamford.
