Jane von Holzhausen

Prudential Connecticut Realty has promoted Jane von Holzhausen to the position of vice president of operations for the southwest region.

In her new role, von Holzhausen will be responsible for day-to-day operations, recruiting and training for the offices that comprise the southwest region of the state.

She began her real estate career in 1983 and previously owned an award-winning, three-office firm, which merged with Prudential Connecticut Realty in 1998.

She continued as leader of the company’s Avon office for several years. During that time, she was honored with the company’s Leader of the Year Award, given to the employee who demonstrates excellence in sales and leadership and plays an active role in the community.

“Jane’s commitment to our company values and vision, as well as her dedication to lead with integrity, have earned her tremendous respect and great success in the industry,” said Candace Adams, Prudential’s president. “We are delighted to welcome her back to our team in her new role.”

During her real estate career, von Holzhausen served as a director for the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors. She was chairman of the Regional Multiple Listing Service and continues to be active on the association’s professional standards committee.
