Continental Properties has acquired a 7-acre parcel in Glastonbury for $4.7 million.
The property at Hebron Avenue and House Street, near exit 8 off Route 2, has been approved for a 145-unit apartment complex.
Kyle Roberts of CBRE/New England’s Hartford office represented the seller and assisted in procuring the buyer.
New York-based Continental Properties has built more than 25,000 housing units over the past 55 years. Currently it’s developing and building 228 apartment rental units in Shelton, 200 apartment rental units at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor and 144 apartment rental units in Rocky Hill.
