Colonial Properties recently represented two companies that have leased a combined 16,000 square feet of space in Milford and Orange.

Gold Medal Bakery signed on for 14,000 square feet of warehouse space at 155 Hill St. in Milford at a multitenant industrial campus. The company is relocating its Connecticut shipping and distribution from West Haven.

“It’s very satisfying for us to be able to assist such a legacy-type company with both the disposition of their property and in securing a new location for their distribution operations,” Mike Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., said in a statement.

Frank A. Messore, Colonial Properties senior vice president, represented the tenant and landlord, Clarke Properties, in the transaction.

Physicians Alliance of CT LLC (PACT) leased 2,000 square feet at 477 Boston Post Road in Orange. PACT plans to fully renovate the office space and relocate its Milford office to the new location in Orange. It will be the company’s 15th location since opening its doors in 2013. Messore represented the tenant and landlord, Scipmore Realty LLC, in the transaction.
