The Connecticut Skin Institute has entered into a long-term lease with Milford Medical Assoc. for space at 60 Commerce Park in Milford.
The dermatology office will lease 2,600 square feet of medical office space at the location.
O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord, Milford Medical Associates LLC, and Colonial Properties represented the new tenant.
Renovations to the existing office space are currently underway and are slated for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.
