A commercial property in Fairfield containing a fish market and two restaurants has been sold.

The 4,106-square-foot building on a .31 acres closed at $1.25 million. The tenants are Swanson’s Fish Market, Chili Bomb Burgers & Macs and Whoopie, a Thai restaurant.

The seller was Gary’s Realty Co. LLC and the buyer was 2439 BRT LLC.

Ralph Michel and David Cervero of HK Group represented the seller, while Richard Rhatijan, senior vice president of Shelton-based Atherton Assoc., represented the buyer.
