Medical Office Building Adds Two Tenants

Two medical tenants have leased space in Greenwich.

The tenants will occupy space at 600 West Putnam Ave., a medical office building owned by Fareri Assoc. LP.

Connecticut Dermatology Group, the largest skincare treatment center between New York City and New Haven, signed a long-term lease for over 6,000 square feet. Connecticut-based ophthalmology clinic Coastal Eye Surgeons, a boutique style practice exclusively offering laser cataract surgery, leased 4,300 square feet.

Avison Young Principal Sean McDonnell represented both tenants in the lease transactions with developer John Fareri of Fareri Assoc. LP.

The landlord will build out both spaces simultaneously, providing favorable lease terms to the new tenants, McDonnell said in a statement.
