A developer is pitching a 131-room hotel for the last undeveloped parcel in Glastonbury’s Somerset Square project.
The hotel would be 4 stories tall and 79,060 square feet, according to an application filed with the town.
The hotel would be branded under Marriott’s AC Hotel line.
The developer is an LLC controlled by Bridgewater, Massachusetts-based The Claremont Cos.
