Norwalk-based EMCOR Facilities Services Inc. has been selected by the Knights of Columbus to provide a facilities management for its New Haven headquarters and the order’s other properties in Connecticut.
EFS is a division of EMCOR Group Inc., a Fortune 500 mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure and building services company.
EFS will provide program optimization and help to increase efficiencies across the Knights of Columbus’ New Haven facilities portfolio, which consists of approximately 400,000 square feet of office, warehouse and museum space. The scope of work will include operations and maintenance services, janitorial, grounds maintenance, project management, mail room operations, asset management, and environmental health and safety.
