A mixed-use property in a Norwalk industrial zone has sold for $965,000.

70 Fort Point St. has sold to an LLC controlled by Richard Astacio, owner of Norwalk-based Astacio Plumbing & HVAC.

The 0.38-acre property is comprised of two buildings: an 8,600-square-foot mixed-use building and a 1,797-square-foot 1-story building. The property is in an industrial zone adjacent to Metro-North train tracks and near restaurants, banks and shopping.

Jon Angel, president of Southport’s Angel Commercial, represented the seller, Mizing Paloian Trust. John Zervos of DVB Commercial Realty Inc. represented the buyer.

“The buyer is a mechanical contractor,” Angel said in a statement.  “They plan to occupy a portion of the building while keeping current tenants in place.”
