East Haven Contractor Buys Commerce Street Property

An East Haven contractor has acquired a Commerce Street property and plans to occupy part of the space while utilizing the rest as an investment property.

A&G Contracting LLC paid $650,000 for 133 Commerce St., a 17,000-square-foot industrial building originally completed in 1985 on a 1.7-acre lot. Property records identify the previous owner as Suma Associates of East Haven.

Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realty represented both parties in the transaction.
