Deb Fountain and Leslie Timmons

A top-performing Berkshire Hathaway team from Niantic is switching its affiliation to William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Fountain-Timmons Team has joined the company and will be based out of its new Niantic office. The Fountain-Timmons Team ranked among the top five teams by dollar volume in New London County for the past 12 months, according to SmartMLS, achieving $32 million in sales volume.

Founded in 2008, the team consists of co-founders Deb Fountain and Leslie Timmons, as well as Kimberlee Sommers, Diana Lagace and Janelle Timmons. The move marks the first time the team has changed its company affiliation.

The Fountain-Timmons Team was previously associated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, where they annually ranked among the firm’s top teams nationally and were regularly recognized with its Circle of Excellence award.

Fountain first entered the real estate industry in 2001; Timmons has been a Realtor since 2004. Both are relocation certified agents and members of the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors.

Fountain and Timmons said they chose to move to William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty based on the support the company provides for agents seeking to improve their business.

“I am thrilled to welcome each of the members of the renowned Fountain-Timmons Team to our company,” said William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage manager Heather Gagnon. “This is a team that enthusiastically delivers exceptional service to buyers and sellers with honesty, knowledge and integrity. They are not only great agents but great people who love real estate and value their community.”
