Investment advisors Albourne America have leased office space at Building and Land Technology’s Harbor Point mixed-use development on the Stamford waterfront.

The firm will occupy 7,345 square feet at Two Harbor Point, a six-story building at 100 Washington Boulevard. Amenities include a cafeteria with mobile ordering and a fitness center.

Other office buildings within Harbor Point recently secured leases with ITT, Altus Power, NewEdge Wealth and Oak HC/FT.

Colliers Executive Managing Director Jeffrey Williams, Director Hollis Pugh, Senior Vice President Kevin Colombo and Senior Associate Michaela Lalanne represented Albourne America in the lease transaction. BLT’s Leslie Whatley and Drew Steinberg represented ownership.

“Stamford continues to be one of Connecticut’s most desirable locations for businesses and we are pleased that we were able to assist Albourne America in finding a location in close proximity to multiple means of transportation,” Williams said in a statement.
