New York City-based business law firm Falcon Rappaport & Berkman will merge with estate planning and commercial litigation law firm Hollis Laidlaw & Simon, expanding FRB’s service area in Westchester County.

Laidlaw will join FRB as co-chair of the firm’s estate planning practice group. HLS co-managing partner David Simon joins as co-chair of the litigation and dispute resolution practice group.
New offices will open in Mount Kisco and Stamford; FRB will also adopt former HLS satellite offices in White Plains, Harrison and Rockland County.
