Manchester OKs Expansion of JC Penny’s Distribution Center
The Manchester Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a plan to add loading docks and other expansions on a 1.9 million-square-foot distribution center whose primary tenant is the retailer JC Penny to allow the building to be subdivided.
