Genevieve Sherman has always been an outdoorsy type and fondly recalls her childhood in Colorado, a wild and beautiful part of the world. Early in her city planning career, she said she became interested in how cities make decisions about sustainable infrastructure – particularly with respect to the challenges they face around climate change.
