Deanna Williamson of H. Pearce Real Estate Co.’s Wallingford Regional Office is the exclusive listing agent representing the city of New Haven’s latest affordable housing development project.

Four newly constructed modular homes in the Annex neighborhood are the beginning of a federally funded project to help middle- and low-income families become homeowners. Future plans, according to New Haven Economic Development Administrator Henry Fernandez, are to build a total of 300 modular homes.

Tours of the four homes were recently provided by the city. Williamson said, “The ceremony was open to the public to help inform them about the positive things New Haven is doing to help the first-time homebuyers. Seeing the excitement of a customer who can actually have the American dream of owning their own home holds a great deal of satisfaction for me.

Williamson, a resident of New Haven, has received Quarterly Achievement Awards from the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and is a consistent member of the Million Dollar Club. She is also very active in local community events and functions in the Hamden and New Haven areas.
