Alison Nalewaik

H. Pearce Real Estate Co. President and Chief Executive Officer Barbara L. Pearce recently announced that Alison Nalewaik has joined the company’s Branford office as a residential sales associate.

A resident of Branford, Nalewaik comes to H. Pearce with more than 17 years of experience in health care administration. She was the vice president of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and also worked in health care management at the Waterbury Hospital. Nalewaik holds a master’s degree in business administration as well as a bachelor of science degree in accounting.

Active in community service, she is a volunteer with the United Way and a member of both the United Methodist Church and the Toastmasters Public Speaking National Club.

H. Pearce is a full-service real estate company with more than 100 agents and branch offices in Greater New Haven and the shoreline. Corporate and industrial/commercial offices are located in North Haven, where the company was founded 44 years ago.
