564 Racebrook Road, Orange

Workers have completed the six-month renovation of William Orange Realty’s landmark office at 564 Racebrook Road in Orange.

“We are delighted with the results,” said President and Designated Broker Frank D’Ostilio Jr. “The copper cupola with the William Orange weathervane has become the signature of our company. The idea of constructing a state-of-the-art environment inside without compromising the historic look of the building outside was accomplished.”

The renovation, which was needed because of the company’s growth, added more office space and conference rooms, a company-wide meeting room and a computer center.

“The increased space will allow us to service Milford as well as Orange,” said Operations Manager Aileen DeFeo. “We anticipate the hiring of more agents and expansion into the Milford market area.”

The company, which has 50 agents and 10 support staff members, also has Woodbridge/Westville and New Haven locations.

Panza Enterprises was the general contractor and New Haven architect Wayne Garrick did the design work.
