Ridgefield resident Leslie Krichko has joined the Ridgefield sales office of William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services.
Krichko was a top-ranked producer at the Fairfield County real estate brokerage where she worked. She received that firm’s Ambassador Award, which is given to Realtors who rank within the top 5 percent of the company nationwide.
Krichko devoted many years of her life to competitive cross-country ski racing and represented the United States in the 1980 and 1988 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid and Calgary.
“Real estate sales taps into my competitive nature and my prior training as an athlete makes it easy to go the extra mile for my clients,” she said. “I treat my customers the way I treat my friends – with honesty, friendliness and a genuine interest in helping them. I’m a good listener, and I work hard to match the right property with the right people, in the most time-efficient manner possible; it’s almost like fitting the pieces of a puzzle together. This has been the perfect business for me and I love facing new challenges every day.”
Krichko is a member of the Ridgefield Board of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is active with SCOR, the soccer club of Ridgefield, volunteers in the Ridgefield schools and is a member of the Ridgefield chapter of the National Charity League, a mother/daughter philanthropy group.
She has lived in Ridgefield for 11 years and brings personal experience and first-hand knowledge of the region to buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield County.
Krichko attended the University of Vermont, later transferring to Portland State University, where she earned her degree. She makes her home in Ridgefield with her three children.
