Eight sales associates from the Greenwich office of Country Living Assoc. were honored for their outstanding 2004 sales performance at the company’s annual awards luncheon, held recently at Weston’s Cobb’s Mill Inn.
The office’s Associate of the Year award was granted to Kathy Adams. Adams also received the President’s Diamond Circle Award, the highest honor conferred upon sales associates by the company.
Miha Zajec was granted the President’s Emerald Circle Award. The President’s Gold Circle Award was given to Candy Durniak. Ann Benedict was a Silver Circle Award winner; Sherry DeLuca, Margarita Krackow, Margaret Larkin and June Peters were Bronze Circle Award winners.
Country Living’s Outstanding Relocation Specialist award was given to Adams, an honor granted to the associate who has consistently displayed exemplary service when working with relocation clients.
Country Living Assoc. is a full-service residential real estate firm with 181 sales associates serving 12 communities in lower Fairfield County. The firm’s sales offices include Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Stamford, Westport and Wilton, with corporate relocation services located in Norwalk.
Gregory, Petro Earn SRES
Seniors who need advice about their homes and rental properties can now turn to Jane Gregory and Suzanne Petro, agents with Century 21 Home Services-Scalzo Group in Bethel. The two were recently awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, a nationally recognized association dedicated to the special issues and needs of senior property owners who provide education and certification to Realtors who specialize in that area.
Seniors Real Estate Specialists help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues. By earning the SRES designation, Gregory and Petro have demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

Realtors with the Aiello Team at Page-Taft Real Estate in Guilford were recently named the 2004 top producing team, both company-wide and in the Guilford office. They recently received the Circle of Excellence Award from Independent Realty Network for their achievement.
