In 2004, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester, N.Y., along with Coldwell Banker Mortgage, CB Cares, the company’s charitable arm, raised more than $100,000 at the three major benefits it sponsored to support Project A.L.S., including a walk-a-thon, a golf tournament and a concert.

Doepper has held her position since 1998. Under her leadership, overall revenue has grown 40 percent (excluding acquisitions) and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester, N.Y., enjoys a top market share ranking in both regions.

Cendant Mobility, the industry leader in relocation, has consistently named Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester, N.Y., a principal broker since 2002 based on the brokerage’s strong performance and commitment to customer goals.

Raveis to Market Hammocks
William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services’ New Homes Division has been selected to market The Hammocks on Long Island Sound, an active-adult community being built and developed by the Richards family.

“We are pleased to represent such a significant development,” said Gary Weiner, regional director at William Raveis’ New Homes Division. “We are excited to work with individuals who have expressed a desire to develop this land with exceptional sensitivity toward environmental concerns.”

The Hammocks project is significant for several reasons. Most notably, the site represents the largest remaining undeveloped tract of waterfront property along the Connecticut shoreline. Secondly, the Richards brothers – Mark, David and Peter – along with their father, Warren, all longtime Clinton residents, have chosen to develop the 50-acre property with an overall density that’s just half that permitted by local zoning ordinances.
