
Sally Tartaglia
Stamford resident Sally Tartaglia has joined the Stamford office of Country Living Assoc. as a sales associate.
A native of Stamford and a Realtor for the past four years, her previous career was in secretarial and administrative work at various local corporate offices.
Tartaglia is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and Stamford Board of Realtors.
Country Living Assoc. is a full-service residential real estate firm, with 170 sales associates in six offices serving 12 communities in lower Fairfield County. The firm has sales offices in Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Stamford, Westport and Wilton, as well as corporate relocation services in Norwalk.
Prudential Promotes Two
Prudential Connecticut Realty recently elevated two of its staff members to higher positions. The company has promoted Steve Richards to senior vice president of operations for its New Haven County regional offices and Meryl Freedman to vice president of operations for its Hartford County regional offices.

Richards previously led Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Hartford County regional offices to record sales, and has been a licensed Realtor in Connecticut since 1976.

Richards has enjoyed a distinguished sales management career during which he has earned numerous awards and professional designations, including serving as a past president of the Greater Middletown Board of Realtors. He is also an active member of his community.
Adams also commented on the promotion of Freedman.

Freedman has enjoyed a distinguished sales career where she earned numerous Top Producer sales awards. For the past 13 years, Freedman has led the Simsbury and Granby Prudential sales offices to record sales volumes; they have achieved national recognition for their outstanding performance and client service.
