Patricia Hansen Diglio

Beazley Co. Realtor Patricia Hansen Diglio has been promoted to manager of the firm’s Madison office.

Diglio, who was formerly assistant manager of the Madison office, is an experienced Realtor and consistent sales leader whose sales acumen over the years has placed her in ranks of Beazley’s prestigious Founder’s Club and President’s Club. She has also served on the board of directors of the MiddShore Board of Realtors. Diglio has been a Realtor and a member of Beazley’s Madison team since 1985.

“Pat exemplifies the kind of customer service-driven work ethic we value so much at Beazley,” said Beazley Co. President Greg Scott. “I am delighted to have a manager with sharp skills like hers in the highly competitive Madison market.”

Diglio has specialized in new-construction sales for the past 12 years. She also shares her experience with new Beazley staffers as a member of the company’s New Agent Sales Training Team.

DiLieto Remains on Board

Sandy DiLieto, an agent in the Guilford office of Page-Taft Real Estate, has been named to serve a second term on the board of directors of the Guilford Civic Women. Her committee assignments include Hospitality and Programs, where she chairs the Food and Supplies Committee for the organization’s annual Fall Harvest Festival.

The Guilford Civic Women is a group of local women dedicated to giving back to the community through scholarships, reading programs, a fuel bank and the hosting of a family during the holidays.

DiLieto has been a consistent top-producing Realtor at Page-Taft since joining the company in 1999. She recently obtained her broker’s license, which required more than 60 hours of coursework in a wide range of real estate areas including appraisal, law and fair housing.

DiLieto, a lifelong resident of the state’s Shoreline area, and her husband Jim have lived in Guilford for the past 15 years. During their free time they are actively involved in the Indian Neck Yacht Club in Branford. As members of the Club Corvette, they also participate in numerous fund-raisers and charity works through the group.

Prudential Spreads Sunshine

Sales executives and employees of Prudential Connecticut Realty gave a group of Sunshine Kids a send-off reception as they headed to Washington, D.C., for a weeklong National Heritage Tour.

Participating children were greeted at Bradley International Airport by Paulette Costa, director of education and Sunshine Kids chairwoman; Rick Telesca, career development instructor; Paul Banville, leader of Prudential’s Southington office; Carrie Korenkiewicz, a sales executive at the Southington office; Sandy Wieczorek, a sales executive of the Southington office; and Kenneth Carlson, a sales executive of the Enfield office. The children were treated to a special reception complete with balloons, goodie bags and other trip essentials.

The five Connecticut children included 16-year-old Rob Burke from West Hartford, 13-year-old Karissa Choquette of Putnam, 13-year-old Teresa Gallo of Rocky Hill, 16-year-old Matt Pac of Harwinton and 16-year-old Nicholas Reyna of Rocky Hill.

The National Heritage Tour, a national event sponsored by the Sunshine Kids, gives kids around the nation the opportunity to tour the nation’s capital city.
