Ginny Carroll has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial-Scalzo Group as vice president. Carroll is a resident of Danbury and has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Connecticut commercial real estate market rooted in her strong background in sales, marketing and project management.
Carroll’s extensive background includes sales and marketing management positions with Pacific Bell, Lockwood Lodge and, most recently, Ryer Assoc. Recent transactions include the sale of the former M&B Market in New Milford and the former Panchos and Gringos restaurant in Ridgefield.

Carroll is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and holds an M.B.A. degree in marketing from Golden Gate University. She is active in civic and charitable organizations and is involved in fund-raising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Madison Firm Expands
The Dowler Group, a Madison-based real estate developer, has signed a lease with Printing for Systems Inc. for additional office space at The Parkview in Madison.
Printing for Systems originally moved to The Parkview, located at 1291 Boston Post Road, in 2002 and has been growing ever since. The new space will house the firm’s Information Technology Department. Printing for Systems, a Metavante company, is a leading application service provider to the insurance industry, Fortune 500 corporations and progressive marketing organizations. Its expertise is managing complex time-sensitive data used in combination with Web-enabled applications and customized print-ready generation technologies to ensure on time delivery of electronic and print media.
Printing for Systems is also a leading provider of identification cards to the health care industry.
The company, founded by Ralph W. Rotermund and Michael J. Mayhall, was incorporated in 1985. Printing for Systems has provided solutions for many of the world’s most successful organizations such as United Healthcare, Humana and Sprint.
Vernon Apartments Sold
Rick Chozick and Tom Boyle of Chozick Realty recently completed the sale of two apartment complexes located in Vernon. The sale of Regency I and Regency II apartments, located at 71 Loveland Hill Road and 55 Old Town Road, consists of 31 units. The selling price was $1.6 million, or $52,000 per unit.
The property at 55 Old Town Road has 12 one-bedroom units contained in a single brick building and 71 Loveland Hill Road has 18 one-bedroom units contained in two brick buildings along with a single family three bedroom home. Together the sites total 3.3 acres. Located on a residential side street across from the high school and just off Route 83, the property offers an attractive multifamily location. Chozick Realty represented both the buyer, West Boulevard Assoc., and the seller, Regency of Vernon Two LLC. The deal marks the third time Boyle has brokered the properties, and the second time for Chozick, since the 1980s.

East Haven Space Leased
William N. Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford, recently completed the lease of a 14,000-square-foot freestanding building at 167 Commerce St. in East Haven. D’Amato Investments is the landlord, and Electric Services Inc., a supplier of special electric breakers and related products to utility companies, is the tenant.
Officials said the tenant will use the facility for warehousing and distribution. Clark represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
